Criminal Defense: Protecting the RIGHTS of the Accused
We live in a nation that holds in high esteem the unalienable rights of the accused. If you have been charged with a crime, you are not a criminal, but an accused. This office understands the important and noble task of ensuring Constitutional rights are not eroded. More often than not, the prosecution and the State have an enormous advantage over an individual who has been accused with violating the law. This office takes pride in advocating for the rights of the accused.
If you have been charged with a crime, or need consultation regarding a criminal matter, do not hesitate to contact this office as soon as possible.
This office has applied for participation in the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS). CPCS is an organization that guarantees that indigent accused who can not afford legal representation obtain the counsel they need in the face of a criminal matter. This office is dedicated to obtaining CPCS certification, and defending the rights of the indigent accused.
