After a consultation, review of the facts, and merits of your claim, this office normally handles debt collection matters on a contingency fee basis. This means that other than the costs associated with your case, any legal fees are not paid until and if you recover damages.
Collecting a debt can be a long process, even if the liability is clear. The debtor may have little or no assets or have declared bankruptcy. This office will evaluate whether or not pursuing the collection of your money is economically feasible, and give you at least some indication of the possibility of recovery. More often than not, persistence is your greatest ally in collecting a debt.
