Len Milligan is a principal of the firm Milligan Coughlin, LLC and our respected Of Counsel. His practice focuses on litigation in state and federal courts, and advising small business owners and investors. He has participated in federal jury trials, state felony trials, and represented defendants and businesses in various state courts. He has also advised investment companies, venture capitalists, and entrepreneurs in various aspects of business growth. Attorney Milligan was educated at the University of Vermont and later the New England School of Law, where he was on the Dean's list every semester and an Associate Editor of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Len started his career as an associate with prominent Boston criminal defense firm Salsberg & Schneider. In his time at the firm, he worked on several high profile and complex federal and state criminal cases. Len serves as a member of the board of directors for a publicly traded company in addition to serving as a director for several small start-up companies. Len is also a founding partner of Guerdon Capital Partners LLC, a boston-based private equity firm. Attorney Milligan is a Suffolk and Middlesex County Bar Advocate, and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
