Firm Philosophy: Flexibility, Value, and Accessibility
There are a number of traditional notions about a law firm, and legal services, to which this office does not subscribe. This office will attempt to avoid the unpredictable hourly fee whenever possible. We do not have an expansive, mahogany-accented office space.
We strive to provide honest, reliable, and professional legal advice and counseling through all stages of a matter. We do not guarantee success, award, or otherwise; to do so would drastically mislead a client with an important legal problem. We guarantee honest and competent legal service.
In most cases, we are able to utilize a 'value billing' theory of compensation. We do not believe that unpredictable hourly billing is fair or reasonable in most matters, where a flat fee that solidifies client expectations would be more appropriate.
We are accessible to our clients, prepared to mobilize on short notice, and constantly keep clients informed as to the progress of their matter.
