Kate G. Weinstein is an attorney at Bace Law Group LLC. Ms. Weinstein concentrates her practice in the areas of family law and property rights litigation. Prior to joining Bace Law Group, LLC, Ms. Weinstein practiced in a Boston law firm representing clients in general civil litigation matters and administrative law including family law, environmental disputes, land use litigation, landlord/tenant issues, and small business conflicts. Attorney Weinstein has previously worked as general counsel to small businesses, drafting corporate documents and negotiating contracts.

During law school, Ms. Weinstein worked as a student attorney for the San Diego Legal Clinic, a non-profit law group providing free legal services to residents in need, while also working as a law clerk at the San Diego office of Worden Williams APC. Ms. Weinstein will guide you through your legal matters with compassion and with thorough, aggressive and cost-effective advocacy throughout the course of your case.
